Had a great experience in the studio! Very bright, cozy and clean. The host is also super friendly and always ready to help. Highly recommend!
Unfortunately, my experience with this studio was disappointing. First, the door access code was sent late, which delayed the start of our shoot. When we finally got inside, the studio wasn’t properly prepared, so we had to spend part of our booked time getting it ready ourselves. The owner apologized for the inconvenience and offered to refund the booking fee. However, despite this promise, I never received the refund and have not received any further response to my follow-up messages. I understand that mistakes can happen, but failing to follow through on a promised solution and then ignoring a customer is not the level of service I expected. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future clients.
